Shipping and returns

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping is $7.95. Orders of $75 or more ship free. The free-shipping threshold is calculated from the item subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Guest orders can qualify for free shipping over the store threshold. Fullcart member orders include 20% member pricing on eligible merchandise and free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Orders are usually packed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is commonly estimated around 2-5 days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Processing and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Launches, promotions, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and address issues can add time.

Once an order ships, it can no longer be edited from the order page. Use the carrier tracking link for the most current delivery status.

Returns

Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect: personalized jewelry, gift cards. Items marked final sale are also not returnable.

When a return label is available, return shipping is currently $4.99 and is shown before you confirm the return.

Fullcart Credit may be offered for eligible returns if you already have an account or choose to create one with the same email used for the order. The return flow shows the exact refund or credit options before you confirm.

If you earn promotional Fullcart Credit from a purchase and later return items from that purchase, unused promotional credit tied to the returned items may be removed from your account. If that credit has already been used, the used amount may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds to the original payment method are usually processed after the return is received and accepted. Bank and card timing can vary.

Warranty

Most products include a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Fullcart member orders include a 1-year limited warranty for covered defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses or surfaces, lost or stolen items, accidental damage, heat damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty coverage applies only to purchases from authorized sellers, including the official store, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Purchases from unauthorized resellers or resale marketplaces are not eligible.

To start a warranty review, contact support with your order details and clear photos of the issue. If a covered issue is approved for replacement, guest orders may have a processing fee to help cover shipping and handling. Fullcart member orders have that processing fee covered.

Package Protection

Fullcart package protection may help resolve eligible orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit when protection or member benefits are active for the order.

Protection is for shipment issues. Product quality issues, wrong items, fulfillment errors, returns, wrong addresses entered at checkout, undeliverable packages, and ordinary carrier delays are handled through the regular support or return process.

For delivered-but-missing packages, first check nearby doors, mailrooms, lockers, and anyone who may have accepted the package. Reviews usually open after 5 days and should be started within 30 days of the delivery date.

For packages that never show as delivered, a shipment may be reviewed as lost after 7 days without a domestic tracking update, or 48 hours after the carrier's estimated delivery date when there is still no delivery or tracking update. Reviews should be started within 30 days of the last tracking update.

For damaged-in-transit orders, contact support within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging when possible.

More specifically, package protection does not cover refused packages, packages returned to sender, pre-shipment or label-created fulfillment delays, or return shipments.

Missing or Lost Package

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check nearby doors, mailrooms, lockers, and anyone who may have accepted it for you.

The carrier tracking link is the most current package status we have access to. Packages are sometimes marked delivered early or handed to a nearby address, so a short waiting period may apply before a package-protection review can be completed.

If Fullcart package protection is active on the order, support can review whether the shipment is eligible for a lost, stolen, or damaged-in-transit resolution.
