Content Submission Terms

These terms are between you and Luz Data, Inc., which operates GRCE (“we” or “us”). They apply to the photos, videos, and other content you submit when you expressly accept these terms.

Your submission

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to grant the rights below, including permission from the person who recorded it and everyone identifiable in it. Content featuring anyone under 18 requires a separate parent or guardian release before we can use it.

Submit original files without added music unless you have the rights needed for our marketing use. You must also have permission for any other third-party material included in your submission.

Permission to use your content

You keep ownership. You grant GRCE a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to copy, display, publish, distribute, and use your content in websites, social media, paid ads, email, print, packaging, and other marketing. This license is perpetual and irrevocable to the extent permitted by law.

We may edit, crop, resize, caption, translate, extract still images, replace audio, and combine your content with other material. You also permit us to use your name, handle, image, likeness, and voice in connection with that content. We may let our agencies and service providers exercise these rights for our marketing. We will not edit your content to misrepresent your opinions or experience.

Approval and payment

We do not need additional approval for these uses and do not owe you payment or royalties unless we separately agree otherwise. We are not required to use your content or credit you. Any prize or payment we have separately promised still applies.

Promotions

If you submit content for a promotion, its separate rules govern eligibility, prizes, and winner selection. Accepting these terms does not guarantee a prize.

Privacy and contact

We use your submission details to manage your content and any related promotion. See our Privacy Policy. Submitting content does not sign you up for marketing emails or texts. Questions? Contact us.
